Attorney Zhao explored the legal challenges that arise in IP licensing in the age of AI, helping participants gain a deeper understanding of the legal framework at the intersection of AI and intellectual property. She began with a foundational overview of laws related to AI, followed by a detailed analysis of how the unique characteristics of AI-generated content impact IP licensing. Through illustrative classic case studies, she highlighted the major legal disputes and solutions involved in applying AI in IP practices, guiding participants on how to use AI for content creation legally and compliantly, avoid infringement risks, and improve their ability to handle legal issues in practice.
This lecture not only provided attendees with a wealth of theoretical knowledge but also enhanced their practical skills through real case analysis.
