On April 23, 2025, the “4·26” Publicity Week series of events organized by the Intellectual Property Workstation of the National Cultural Industry Innovation Experimental Zone was officially launched. The event is hosted by the Publicity Department of the Chaoyang District Committee and the Management Committee of the Beijing Chaoyang National Cultural Industry Innovation Experimental Zone, and co-organized by the Chaoyang Cultural and Creative Credit Promotion Association, the Intellectual Property Workstation of the National Cultural Industry Innovation Experimental Zone, and the Specialized and Innovative Services Station of the Experimental Zone.

 

This year’s Publicity Week, themed “Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property,” aims to explore innovative paths for the deep integration of intellectual property and the cultural industry, and to promote high-quality development of the regional cultural sector. The event brought together numerous industry experts, corporate representatives, and officials from relevant government departments to jointly discuss the new challenges and opportunities in IP protection in the era of artificial intelligence.

As one of the invited keynote speakers, Sunny Guo, General Manager of Beijing GoldenGate Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., delivered an insightful presentation titled “Legal Issues and Case Studies on IP Licensing for Cultural and Creative Enterprises.” Drawing on her extensive practical experience and profound expertise in the field of intellectual property, Guo provided clear legal guidance for IP licensing practices in the cultural and creative industries. Her presentation contributed to enhancing IP awareness and legal risk management capabilities among cultural enterprises, thereby supporting the healthy and sustainable development of the cultural industry.
