Recently, the China Trademark Association released the first batch of approved candidates for the 2024 Trademark Talent Pool, recognizing those who passed the trademark agency professional competence evaluation. Bruce Fu, attorney at GoldenGate Lawyers, was successfully selected for the 2024 Trademark Talent Pool and awarded the title of Senior Expert for his exceptional professional capabilities.
This selection was initiated and guided by the Talent and Education Committee of the China Trademark Association, with organizational support from the China Intellectual Property Development Alliance, numerous influential law firms and top trademark agencies, as well as prominent domestic and international universities and experts. The trademark agency professional competence is classified into six levels, ranked from lowest to highest: Level 3, Level 2, Level 1, Associate Senior, Senior, and Distinguished.
