GOLDENGATE LAWYERS’ PARTNER INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE THEME SALON TITLED “IP AUTHORIZATION COMMERCIALIZATION AND CULTURAL AND CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT”

Recently, an offline salon and online live streaming event themed “IP Authorization Commercialization and Cultural and Creative Development” was jointly hosted by S-Mart Cultural Creativity, Magic Bean Investment, and Beijing Cultural Innovation Park. Ms. Linda Zhao, founding partner of Beijing GoldenGate Lawyers, was invited by the organizers to share insights on legal issues related to IP authorization. Taking classic cases as the starting point, Ms. Zhao elaborated on the importance of due diligence in the field of authorization commercialization from the perspectives of both the licensor and the licensee, respectively, in terms of types of IP rights, right investigation, rights ownership, rights stability, and the rights chain.
