Recently, the 10th Annual Strong Nation Intellectual Property Forum and the 5th Innovation and Technology Forum, organized by the Strong Nation Intellectual Property Forum Organizing Committee, the Beijing Intellectual Property Law Society, and the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Center, concluded at the ACFTU Hotel-Beijing. The theme of this year’s forum was “New Leap in Independent Innovation: Intellectual Property Rules and Best Practices”. The forum invited relevant staff members from government departments and the people’s courts, as well as scientists, entrepreneurs, and a wide range of patent agents and lawyers from the intellectual property field to participate in discussions, share work experiences, and showcase their achievements.
The Strong Nation Intellectual Property Forum platform established an Intellectual Property Service Capability Research Project. The researchers comprehensively collected information on law firms, agency companies, and their professional lawyers and agents. They also verified the top ten cases published annually by the Supreme People’s Court, the Beijing Higher People’s Court, various intellectual property courts across the country, and the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). Based on materials provided by law firms, agency companies, and professional lawyers and agents, the China Intellectual Property Service Capability Ranking was evaluated and selected following the intellectual property service capability standards, and at the forum, the Ranking in 2023 was finally announced by the Strong Nation Intellectual Property Forum Organizing Committee.
