The management measures discussed at this seminar can be divided into three parts. The first part outlines the objectives and purpose of the management measures. The second part, which is the core, includes the qualifications and naming requirements for creating demonstration parks and bases from the bottom-up perspective, as well as the support and supervision provided by the creation entities and government agencies from the top-down perspective. The third part consists of supplementary provisions and concluding remarks. The objective of formulating these management measures for national cultural industry demonstration parks (bases) is to better leverage the leading and exemplary role of the cultural industry and promote its rapid development. This aligns with the contemporary spiritual needs of cultural confidence among the Chinese nation, making the formulation of these measures timely and appropriate.
