The China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), as part of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Cross-Border Business Dispute Online Dispute Resolution Cooperation Framework, is one of only three Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) service providers listed on the official APEC ODR website for cross-border business disputes.
The APEC ODR - CIETAC Platform provides integrated ODR services for negotiation, mediation, and arbitration to resolve cross-border commercial disputes for enterprises, especially small, medium, and micro-sized enterprises. Recently, the 'APEC ODR Service - CIETAC' announced a list of 42 experts, with Lawyer Tim Meng being selected as one of the first batch of experts.
