Ms. Gao’s practice focuses on providing tailored one-stop IP solutions and dispute resolution mechanisms for well-known domestic enterprises in various sectors, including large state-owned enterprises, cultural media, internet companies, car rental, coffee, and environmental protection industries. She serves as the principal of the legal forum at the Hainan International Cultural and Creative Week and acts as an expert trainer for overseas intellectual property courses at the Beijing Municipal Public Service Center for Intellectual Property, especially for foreign-related enterprises. She has been specially commissioned to create a series course such as “Trademark Layout in Southeast Asian Regions” and “Practical Insights into the Madrid System”.
