Annual Data Reports of the CNIPA

On September 3, 2024, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) released its annual report for 2023, thereby reporting the work of the CNIPA in 2023 by summarizing and analyzing the work data of Chinese trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property fields in 2023. We have extricated some valuable data on Chinese trademarks from the Reports as shown for your reference in the following table.

The following bar chart is a comparison of the relevant data of GoldenGate Lawyers and the Reports of the CNIPA, which shows that the success rates of GoldenGate Lawyers in trademark opposition, review of refusal, invalidation, and cancellation cases are much higher than the national average level compiled by the CNIPA.
