Represented Australian headquartered Spaceframe before CIETAC regarding a FIDIC contract dispute. The arbitration language was English;

Represented JWT, a subsidiary of WPP, before CIETAC to defend a filing made by its local JV partner;

Represented CITIC, as a EPC contractor, in defending an ICC arbitration in Paris initiated by a Germany multinational company concerning construction of a coking plant in Brazil with a controversy value of Euro 400 million;

Represented Ryder in defending arbitration claims brought by a leading Chinese electronics producer in relation to a warehouse contract before CIETAC;

Represented a Chinese state-owned company to terminate a FIDIC contract concerning a road construction project undertaken in Mongolia;

Represented a US company before HKIAC against a Chinese public company relating to a technology licensing agreement;

Represented ARRAMARK before CIETAC against a Chinese 5-star hotel in relation to a premature termination of a service agreement;

Represented a German manufacturer before CIETAC against a Chinese private company in relation to a dozen of international sales contracts;

Represented Frasers Apartment Management to defend a labor court case in Beijing;

Represented Mr. Donewald, the former Basketball Coach, to defend a labor case in Xinjiang;

Represented UK headquartered Domino in launching a criminal campaign in Guangdong province against local infringers;
