• Represented JWT, a subsidiary of WPP, before CIETAC to defend a filing made by its local JV partner.
• Represented CITIC as an EPC contractor in defending an ICC arbitration in Paris initiated by a Germany multinational company concerning construction of a coking plant in Brazil with a controversy value of 400 million euros.
• Represented Ryder in defending arbitration claims brought by a leading Chinese electronics producer in relation to a warehouse contract before CIETAC.
• Represented a Chinese state-owned company to terminate a FIDIC contract concerning a road construction project undertaken in Mongolia.
