The cases involve a wide range of areas, such as joint venture, financing, construction, etc. GoldenGate Laywers has represented IFC, a subsidiary of the World Bank, in collecting unpaid loans in the Zhejinag, Ningxia, and Hebei provinces; represented CITIC as an EPC contractor, in defending an ICC arbitration in Paris initiated by a Germany multinational company concerning the construction of a coking plant in Brazil with a controversy value of Euro 400 million; represented IGM to enforce an arbitration award made by the London Metal Exchange in Anhui Province for a value of USD 6 million; and represented BYD to cancel an arbitration agreement in the Intermediate Court of Xi’an.
